Welcome to the NAIL services page. We provide the following services free of charge:

NAIL Client Services
  • Peer Mentoring: Since most NAIL staff members have disabilities, we know about the difficulties and frustrations you might be facing. Learn from peers who are living the life—share experiences and encouragement!
  • Information and Referral: We can help you find out what services and benefits you are eligible for.
  • Advocacy: We can work with you and advocate on your behalf to obtain services. We help you to understand what your rights are and to learn how to voice your needs and concerns.
  • Independent Living Skills: We can teach you about skills and assistive technology that will help you to live more independently and that will make everyday tasks easier.
  • Workshops: NAIL invites informed speakers to share current information on topics that interest you. By attending our workshops you gain knowledge and make important new contacts.
  • Technical Assistance: Training and presentations to businesses, hospitals, community organizations and governmental agencies on disability laws and accessibility issues.
We believe in dignity and choice for people with disabilities.
